My granddaughter enjoyed it; we just wish it was longer with more pages. It is also difficult to know how much input Pratchett had in this and the final novel. That was one of her minor complaints. I would highly recommend trying another book of carols to find one that is appropriately easy or closer to the original music. He is, however, aware that his decision will be opposed by a few groups.
